When it comes to body cleansing, many people actually get this confused with another term-fasting. The fact is body cleansing is not fasting. It is simply a process that will help you to get unwanted toxins out of your body and there are many aspects of body cleansing.
First of all, body cleansing is a process made up of different parts. For example, in order to rid your body of toxins that may have built up in your system, you may want to begin by cleansing one part of your body first-the colon. Doing a colon cleanse first will allow the rest of your body to function more smoothly which will allow other organs to work better and thereby, cleanse themselves better. The next step may be a kidney, gall bladder, or liver cleanse.
To do body cleansing, however, you do not need to stop eating. It's simply a matter of knowing the right foods to eat and making sure you are getting the proper amount of water that your body needs. Many will go on a strict diet of raw organic foods and juice to make certain they are still filling their body's requirement of calories and nourishment and to make sure their body is functioning to its maximum ability. Once they have cleansed, they will start adding more foods to their diet, making certain they are eating healthy and as few processed foods as they can.
The fact is that only eating certain foods can certainly help you to cleanse your body, but you need to make certain your body is getting nourishment during this time, as well. If you were to go on a fast for three days, your body would be able to clean itself out and you'd find it would help to rid your body of some of the built up toxins. However, if you are starving and not getting the nourishment you need, you'll find that you will not be functioning at your top performance level.
The time in which it takes to do a body cleansing varies. You can do a body cleanse in one day or ten days, if you prefer. Obviously, along with the varying time, the benefits will vary, as well. For example, if you are extremely toxic and you do a cleanse for three days, you may not be able to get all the built up toxins out of your body. However, a ten day cleanse may allow you to release all of the built up waste and toxins that were at one time, taking all of your energy. The results will be more noticeable when you get rid of more toxins in your body.
Before you begin any body cleansing regiment, you may want to speak to your physician regarding any of the symptoms you've been experiencing. You will want to make certain that you consume healthy, non-processed food that will help your body to put its energy into digesting the good and eliminate wastes that may have built up in your body. Once the toxins have been released, you'll notice a major difference in your energy level and you'll want to make certain you do a body cleanse regularly to make sure your body is always in top working condition.

How to develop your own healthy colon and body cleanse
Cheryline Lawson
Dynamic health and body alkalinity are two aspects of having a healthy body. However, to achieve this status, it requires commitment to educating yourself and keeping informed of the latest trends and what will work for you.
Every organ in the body is important to our very existence, but we are going to discuss the colon and how very essential it is to keep the colon healthy. A colon cleanse is one of the ways to keep the body refreshed and help you to feel good inside. One way to do your own colon cleanse is to use an alkaline diet drink called a "green drink." Another way is to do a master cleanse by going on a fast for a few days while drinking lemonade water with cayenne pepper. I have tried this and it does work. However, I was instructed also to drink a half a glass of warm water with non-iodized sea salt.
I can reassure you that it did work, but in order to keep a very clean colon, would require me to take this on a consistent basis and if you have ever tasted sea salt, you know how bad it taste and how strong it is for too much intake.
I decided to research an alkalizing diet that would help me. I tried to eat right, but of course, I know I needed some assistance to good health, as I grew closer to my late forties. I didn't particular like the fasting cleanse because I thought it was too drastic. I wanted something safe, natural and successful.
In my search, I found a health drink that boasted getting rid of acid and alkalizing the body while creating a cleansing effect and weight loss success. I decided to try it and was amazed at how much more effective it was in relation to the master cleanse. I no longer suffer from constipation or tiredness and of course, I lost weight in the process. I also learned more about the colon and toxins than ever before.
An acid alkaline diet will help to flush the colon and the body of all the acids stored up to create bad health and illnesses. The body reacts to what we eat and if we continue to eat junk food, we deprive our body of the proper phion nutrition. The colon is one of the organs that help to expel all the things that are not good for our body. So we must mind the foods we eat and take care of this organ so that we don't get sick. You only have one body and if you don't take care of it, no one else will.
My suggestion is that you check with your physician to get the proper knowledge about colon care and ask about what alkaline foods you can eat to relieve your body of all the surplus acids. Do your own research about how you can improve your colon health by revitalizing and cleansing. This is a good place to start.

Do I Really want To Use A Homemade Colon Cleanse?
Peter Crump
A homemade colon cleanse might seem like the ideal way to regain power over your health, particularly if you have been experiencing the after-effects of a poor diet, insufficient exercise and the general stresses and strains of our every day modern life. While there is little doubt that a sluggish digestive system can wreak havoc on your sense of wellbeing, is finding out how to make our own homemade colonic remedy the answer?
The sometimes overwhelming presence of the Internet in our daily lives can make us feel as though the answer to how to make just about anything is right there at our fingertips. From building home electronic equipment to baking a cake, it isn't difficult to find a how-to guide for just about anything. And while serving our family up a batch of burned scones might not be a life-threatening affair, creating our own home remedy for colon cleansing can be more dangerous.
Medical training takes so long for a very good reason - because the human body can be a complex thing. We each, however, own and operate one, so it can be easy to think that we are qualified to deal with each and every aspect of its maintenance, including the creation of our own homemade colon cleansing diet. While tweaking our diet every once in a while to help maintain optimal colon health is no bad thing, discovering how to make home colonics can cross into more tricky territory.
Just because something is homemade, this doesn't mean it can't be potent. And while we might engage ourselves in home colon cleansing in the hope of a potent response, we must remember that we might not earn the one we would hope for. Don't let the name of 'natural ingredients' fool you - there are some powerful herbs in our own kitchens than can not only offer us a great homemade colon cleanse, but can unbalance our fragile digestive systems when used incorrectly.
A homemade colonic can be a wonderful way to empty your digestive tract of the build up of debris that might just be wearing you out, but do remember that colon cleansing is a powerful procedure, and can cause adverse effects when used improperly. A wealth of information exists on the topic, but to ensure your continued health and wellbeing, be sure to use this information responsibly.
Always verify anything you read on making a home remedy colon cleanse with another source, and check with your doctor or alternative health practitioner if in any doubt. Millions of people report the wonderful effects that colon cleansing can bring - make sure you don't become a part of an uncomfortable, or pained, minority by performing your homemade colon cleanse safely.
